Orders & Payments

Pre-Orders
Items marked as pre-order follow the stated timelines (9–15 working days). By placing a pre-order, you agree to the waiting period and conditions attached.

Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. While we aim for timely delivery, we are not liable for delays beyond our control. Customers will be kept informed throughout the process.

Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. We only accept returns in cases where an item is received damaged or incorrect, and this must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Product Availability
All items are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, you will be notified and offered an alternative or a full refund.

Order Changes & Cancellations
